From August 12 to 15, the 2025 EESA Energy Storage Summit and the 4th EESA Expo opened at the Shanghai National Exhibition and Convention Center under the theme “Green Carbon Ecosystem, Smart Storage for a New Era.” The summit brought together industry leaders, innovators, and policymakers to explore the future of energy storage.

Highlight One: AI Trading Agent Wins National Recognition
At Envision MIC, the AI Trading Agent drew the spotlight. By integrating storage assets with artificial intelligence, it optimizes market participation through high-accuracy forecasting and automated trading strategies.
In the 2024–2025 AI Load Forecasting Competition hosted by China Southern Power Grid, Envision secured first place, outperforming nearly ten leading enterprises and research institutes. Verified across projects in regions such as Inner Mongolia, Shandong, and Jiangsu, Envision’s AI-enabled trading has boosted revenues by 15–20% compared to manual operations—translating to tens of millions of RMB in added value per 100MWh over a system’s lifecycle.
Highlight Two: Dual Safety Certifications Set New Standards
In June, Envision successfully passed the stringent ANSI/CSA C800:25 large-scale fire test, completing “side-by-side and back-to-back” trials at a 5cm limit spacing. On August 13, CSA Group officially awarded Envision its large-scale fire test certificate at the Shanghai expo.
Simultaneously, the China General Certification Center (CGC) granted Envision the GB/T 44026-2024 national standard certification for prefabricated lithium-ion battery energy storage containers. Supported by a three-tier safety system covering cells, packs, and systems, Envision has set a new benchmark in thermal runaway management and asset protection.
Highlight Three: Over 40GWh Cell Partnerships Empower Global Expansion
On August 14, Envision signed strategic cooperation agreements with more than ten leading energy storage integrators, representing over 40GWh in battery cell supply. These cells are delivered by Envision AESC, which has more than 15 years of international delivery experience and a track record of zero fires and zero safety incidents across 300+ projects in over 20 countries.
This milestone positions Envision’s high-quality cells as a trusted foundation for Chinese energy storage companies expanding globally, supporting China’s leadership in the renewable energy transition.
Highlight Four: Global Recognition and Influence
Envision Energy was awarded the 2025 EESA Starlight Award for Most Influential Enterprise in the Energy Storage Industry. The recognition underscores Envision’s leadership in technology, deployment, and delivery capacity on a global scale.
With more than 30GWh of systems delivered across 300+ projects worldwide, Envision ranked third in global and Asia-Pacific shipments in 2024 and has been named a Tier 1 global energy storage manufacturer by BNEF for six consecutive quarters.
