According to the official introduction, the name of the commercial battery brand “CATL” comes from the famous sentence in the Book of Changes – “Heaven moves vigorously, and the gentleman strives for self-improvement”, which is intended to pay tribute to commercial vehicle users and upstream and downstream partners.
CATL Tianxing L-Supercharge Edition has both 4C supercharging capability and an 8-year 800,000-kilometer warranty. It has an ultra-fast charging speed of 60% SOC in just 12 minutes. It also has a large capacity of 140 degrees. The actual working condition can reach a range of 350km, which is far higher than the industry average. The battery has a long life and slow decay. It is said to have the same life as the vehicle, or even longer.
The Ningde Times Tianxing L-long-range battery can achieve a range of 500km when the vehicle is fully loaded and at a high speed of 80km/h. It has a power of 200kWh and an energy density of 200Wh/kg. The official said that it has the highest energy density of light commercial vehicle batteries and can help the vehicle reduce its own weight by 300kg.
At the same time, it is also claimed that it can save 24,000 yuan in charging costs per year compared to traditional new energy vehicles and 100,000 yuan in fuel costs per year compared to fuel vehicles. It also has a lifespan of 8 years and 800,000 kilometers, with the same lifespan for the vehicle and the battery, and the warranty covers the entire life cycle of the vehicle.
