The Chinese electric car manufacturer Nio has opened its third ‘Nio House’ in Europe in Rotterdam. The locations primarily serve as showrooms, but also have a café, a meeting room and an area for children, among other things.
Nio’s new showroom is located at De Meent 80-84 in Rotterdam, sitting “in the heart of Rotterdam”. This is the third such showroom to open in Europe, and the other two Nio Houses opened in Europe so far are in Oslo and Berlin. Five more such stores are to follow this year, although Nio has not announced where exactly in Europe the stores will be opened.
Vehicle deliveries had opened in Europe last October, with an event in Berlin. The Chinese EV manufacturer launched three electric vehicle models on the European market so far; two electric sedans, the ET7 and ET5 and an electric SUV, the EL7.
